4. Clean the meat market area, including the carnitas preparation area and freezers.

5. Give rotation to products in the refrigerator or freezer.

6. Arrange merchandise and keep inventory control.

8. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

9. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards.

10. Report faulty equipment and hazards to management.

11. PERFORM ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY THE STORE
