Responsibilities

• Serve and dispatch customers with product information.
• Organize and clean the display cases of the meat market.
• Prepare a variety of marinades.
• Clean the meat market area and freezers, including carnitas area.
• Rotate products in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Arrange merchandise and maintain inventory control.
• Report faulty equipment and hazards to management; perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager.

• 2. Organize and clean the display cases of the meat market.
• 3. Prepare a variety of marinades.
• 4. Clean the meat market area, including the carnitas preparation area and freezers.
• 5. Give rotation to products in the refrigerator or freezer.
• 6. Arrange merchandise and keep inventory control.
• 8. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 9. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards.
• 10. Report faulty equipment and hazards to management.
• 11. PERFORM ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY THE STORE MANAGER.
