Job summary

Cloverdale Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for Meat Snacks to lead a non-exempt team, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and drive cost reductions and continuous improvement. The role combines office planning and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced facility.

You will manage staffing, training, performance, and SOP adherence while collaborating with QA, Safety, and the plant leadership. The ideal candidate has Lean manufacturing experience and HACCP/PCQI certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent with experience in food processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-exempt Production Team and foster a safety-first culture.
• Plan work schedules, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance to meet goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and training of direct reports.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.
• Collaborate with Safety & Compliance, QA and Food Safety teams to ensure product quality.
