Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle meat processing, receiving, and rotation while following strict safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support company programs like Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math knowledge.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Capable of standing up to 4 hours per shift and up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to lift/carry 25–90 lbs and operate basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and answer questions and special orders.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and rotate stock.
• Maintain product knowledge and follow Fresh at 4 and Clean as You Go programs.
• Ensure safety, weights, measures, and company recipes are followed.
