Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and grind meats; assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures and rotate meats to prevent aging.
• Follow department procedures and “Clean as You Go” and “Fresh at 4” programs.
