Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk to join our Meat Department. You will provide excellent customer service, handle meat preparation, and rotate stock while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 90 lbs, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This hands-on position emphasizes teamwork and accurate product handling in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to perform other related duties.
• Outgoing and friendly with the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in the Meat Department.
• Receive, store, grind meats, and manage inventory and rotation.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and product location.
