Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, weights and measures knowledge required.
• Dependable and reliable; able to perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and lift 25–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced store.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries.
• Weigh items and compare to invoices; rotate meats for freshness.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items and product locations.
• Follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 Programs.
