Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries and verify against invoices; rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Perform duties with safe food handling procedures and maintain product knowledge and preparation techniques.
• Follow department guidelines and cleanliness programs (Clean as You Go, Fresh at 4) in a fast-paced environment.
