Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Meat Clerk to join our store team. You will provide friendly customer service, help with meat preparation, and ensure safe handling practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive, store, and prep various meats, assist customers with questions and special orders, and support weekly ad item knowledge while maintaining our Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable; perform other related duties as assigned.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior; positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and safe food handling in the Meat Department.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unloads and transports from delivery truck; weighs incoming articles.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and needs; direct product locations and promote department programs.
