Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adhere to safety, health and weights and measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; handle fresh, cured, and boxed meats.
• Rotate meats and maintain product knowledge and preparation techniques.
• Assist customers with questions, special orders, and directions in the store.
• Follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 Programs and other procedural guidelines.
