Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to weigh, wrap, stock, and merchandize meat, poultry, seafood, and related products. You’ll assist Members by answering questions and ensuring quality and safety standards are met across the cases.

This role offers weekly pay, access to BJ’s memberships, and comprehensive benefits. Prior experience with fresh/meat products is preferred; you must be at least 18 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receives, rotates, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats.
• Assists in merchandising seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses.
• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products.
• Maintains all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
