Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with basic math knowledge and weights/measures.
• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours continuously and up to 8 hours per shift.
• Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and evaluate team members, providing feedback and development discussions.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
