A leading grocery retailer in Mobile, AL is seeking a Meat and Seafood Manager to lead team members and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring quality in meat and seafood products while providing excellent guest service. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience in retail or culinary settings. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, meat cutting and/or culinary experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Direct team members and manage department inventory and pricing.
• Greet guests and assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Handle, slice, and prepare a variety of meat and seafood products.
• Engage and train team members for excellent guest service.

Connaissances

Management experience in grocery retail or restaurant

Meat cutting and/or culinary experience

Understanding of planograms

Microsoft Office skills
