Qualifications

• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.

• Previous meat cutting and management experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, scheduling and training of all Meat department employees.
• Organization of all Meat Department duties.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Training and development of Meat Department employees.
• Logging/processing invoices and taking inventory.
• Expense control and enforcement of company policies.
• Helping in any capacity needed within the department.
• Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements.
• Ensure that there is accurate product pricing and labeling.
