Responsibilities

• Assisting Kitchen Manager in daily activities and supervising salad, soup and other cases.
• Coordinating timing of orders and production schedules with Kitchen Manager.
• Maintaining inventory of fresh products and schedule writing.
• Working closely with Meat, Seafood, Produce and Grocery departments.
• Training and evaluating employees as needed.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors and employees.
