Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a selling environment.
• Prepare knife-ready meat/seafood products (cut, slice, trim, wrap, weigh, and price).
• Assist in product receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Price, stock, and rotate meat/seafood items in sales areas.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in meat/seafood prep and storage areas.
• Ensure product quality and freshness; keep items in date.
• Communicate shrink issues to management.
• Assist guests with requests; escalate to management as needed.
• Make PA announcements for meat/seafood promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
