Job summary

The role includes preparing knife-ready products, stocking and rotating meat/seafood, maintaining safety and sanitation, and communicating guest requests to management.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings to guests in the department.
• Create a selling environment using selling skills.
• Prepare knife-ready meat/seafood products (cut, slice, trim, wrap, weigh, price).
• Assist in receiving, inventory, and storage of products.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen items and fresh meat/seafood.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Ensure products are in date and communicate shrink issues to management.
• Address guest requests/concerns with management.
• Make PA announcements for sale and promotions in meat/seafood.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
