BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is seeking a Team Member for the Meat Department. You will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandize meats; assist Members by answering questions about fresh and prepared meats; and help maintain clean, safe display areas.

You’ll follow club standards, stock cases, and ensure proper rotation and labeling. The role requires reliable attendance and basic knowledge of meat-cutting procedures; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• Prior experience working in a meat and/or deli department preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspects and stores meat upon delivery.
• Rotates meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates.
• Maintains club policies and procedures.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
