Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient meat production
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet orders and objectives
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, SQF/GMP policies and safety standards
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff; foster a safe, productive environment
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; identify waste reduction opportunities
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment performance and with procurement for supplies
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products; manage waste
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports; ensure quality throughout production
