Qualifications

• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience in meat manufacturing and meat processing techniques preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF and food safety regulations.
• Leadership and team management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient production of products.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer orders and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, and company health and safety standards.
• Maintain high quality throughout production and address quality issues promptly.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff; promote a culture of safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and procurement to optimize operations and inventory.
