Qualifications

• Significant experience in production processes.

• Forklift Certification.
• Knowledge of knife sharpening procedures.
• Considerable knowledge of production processes and work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grind and chop beef to batch specifications.
• Monitor CO2 ice to keep product under safety limits.
• Document chop log details after each VMag.
• Feed finished product to auger feeding the Kpak.
• Sample batches with FOSS to verify fat content.
• Keep work area clean and notify sanitation.
• Lock out/tag out and secure equipment.
• Label and inspect Vmags and ensure correct weights.
• Maintain logs for combo and label machines.
• Follow SQF safety and quality standards.
