Responsibilities

• Follow GMP, HACCP and safety procedures to support meat processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to rules.
• Prepare and disassemble meat-processing equipment for operation and sanitation.
• Document the production process by maintaining logs.
• Identify and report production or quality issues to supervision.
• Respond to the Production Supervisor's needs to support the line.
• Ensure quality by identifying and addressing non-conformities.
