Responsibilities

• Unpackaging, processing, trimming, or packaging beef, pork or poultry products.
• Verify quality and accuracy of products, weigh and package.
• Operate equipment like slicers, grinders, injectors within safety guidelines.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; work in wet/cool environments.
• Follow SQF, HACCP, CCP, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assemble boxes, palletize, and prepare products for shipping.
