Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Process Machine Operator for our Stock Yards facility in Spokane Valley, WA. This full-time, 2nd shift role involves operating CryoVac, MultiVacs, dicers and other meat processing equipment to portion and pack meat products to customer specs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and familiarity with meat processing equipment; overtime may be required. Starting pay is around $25.50 per hour, with benefits including health, retirement, PTO and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Experience with meat processing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment per customer specs and company standards.
• Count and stack portions per customer and company specs.
• Label portions with product labels and set up packing area as required.
• Perform end-of-day functions and maintain clean packing/cutting areas per GMP.
• Follow GMP to maintain sanitary conditions and safety requirements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
