Job summary

Lobos Staffing is hiring an experienced Food Machine Operator for a 2nd shift position in a meat-processing facility. The operator will monitor production machinery, adjust settings, and ensure correct ingredients on the line to maintain smooth production.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with Monday–Friday schedule (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have prior machine operator or manufacturing experience and are able to work in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of machine operator experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of GMP experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a meat-processing/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and write.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production machinery.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production flow and product quality.
• Ensure the correct ingredients and supplies are being used on the production line.
• Sanitize and clean production equipment.
• Identify machine issues and notify the supervisor when maintenance is required.
• Complete required production paperwork.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and management.
• Work in various departments throughout the meat-processing facility as needed.
