Job summary

Alpha Executive Search is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to drive continuous improvement in a meat or poultry processing facility in Illinois. The role focuses on reducing costs, improving yields, labor efficiency, and profitability through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to implement process improvements, establish KPIs, and present data-driven strategies to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and hands-on Lean implementation experience.
• Experience in a meat or poultry processing facility.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, and SQL.”

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve yields, labor efficiency, production flow, and overall profitability.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to drive process improvements and capital projects.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and present improvement strategies to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing best practices while maintaining safety, quality, and service standards.
