Job summary

Alpha Executive Search is seeking a strategic, hands-on Lean and Continuous Improvement leader to optimize production at a meat or poultry facility in Iowa. You will drive Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and boost profitability while safeguarding safety and quality.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to execute process improvements and capital projects. Establish KPIs, analyze data, and present actionable strategies to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Meat or poultry processing experience is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and hands-on implementation.
• Experience with process engineering, time and motion studies.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, and SQL.
• Ability to influence teams and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve yields, labor efficiency, production flow, and profitability.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to drive process improvements and capital projects.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and present strategies to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams while maintaining safety, quality, and service standards.
