Alpha Executive Search is seeking a strategic, hands-on Lean and Continuous Improvement leader to optimize production at a meat or poultry facility in Iowa. You will drive Six Sigma initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and boost profitability while safeguarding safety and quality.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to execute process improvements and capital projects. Establish KPIs, analyze data, and present actionable strategies to senior leadership.

Formación

• Meat or poultry processing experience is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and hands-on implementation.
• Experience with process engineering, time and motion studies.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, and SQL.
• Ability to influence teams and deliver measurable results.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Required: Experience in a meat or poultry processing facility.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and hands-on Lean implementation experience.
• Experience with process engineering, time and motion studies, project management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, and SQL.
• Proven ability to influence teams and deliver measurable operational and financial results.
