Job Overview: Responsible for executing all aspects of day-to-day merchandising, stocking, product flow, planogram, and pricing of the Meat and Seafood departments. The Meat Team Leader is directly responsible for Meat team members.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Achieving financial performance goals in both Meat and Seafood departments.
• Conducting interviews to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Training Meat team members to build and sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Managing Meat schedules to achieve excellent service levels while controlling expenses.
• Completing Real Time Apply accurately and on time.
• Maintaining signing execution and pricing accuracy.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed.
• Controlling inventory shrinkage through BOH accuracy, production planners, and rotation guidelines.
• Reacting to and completing MITS tasks promptly.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
