Responsibilities

Develop maximum customer relations through friendliness and courtesy and implementation of all company policies.
Keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained and train staff on temperature logging.
Perform and direct pricing and displaying of merchandise, maintain signage, rotation, freshness, and space allocation.
Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
Train and develop Meat department employees ensuring proper customer service and productivity.
