Qualifications

• Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, train and direct Meat department associates and customer service activities.
• Keep temperature logs updated; train staff on temperature logging.
• Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, product rotation, freshness and space allocation.
• Provide input on department budgets, goals and results.
• Train and develop Meat department employees to emphasize customer courtesy and productivity.
