Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.
• Meat management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Supervises associates within the department and may assume store leadership in absence of management.
• Schedules associates, oversees training, and delegates work to maximize department profits.
• Manages inventory levels, backroom organization, and displays to meet customer demand.
• Ensures product freshness, proper pricing, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains logs and follows company recipes for prepared products.
