Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Meat Department Assistant Manager to support the Meat Department Manager in all aspects of operation. You will help prepare products, manage freshness through coding/rotation/culling, and remove out-of-code merchandise while delivering strong customer service.

The role also involves directing staff, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervising the department. This is a full-time position with a focus on expense control, inventory accuracy, and shrink

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Meat Department Manager in all facets of meat department operations.
• Direct staff when in charge of the department: workload, counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.
• Prepare products for sale, rotate, code, or culled items to maintain freshness; remove out-of-code merchandise.
• Handle customer service, employee relations, expense control, inventory, shrink, and accurate record keeping.
