Coborn's Meat Department is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Meat Department Manager in all operations, including preparing products for sale and inventory control.

You will lead staff in day-to-day tasks, coach, train, and evaluate performance while ensuring exceptional customer service, product freshness, and accurate record keeping. This role also supports workload delegation and supervision.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a retail meat department.
• Ability to manage inventory, shrink, and record keeping.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Meat Department Manager in all department operations.
• Prepare products for sale and ensure freshness.
• Code, rotate, or cull products to maintain quality.
• Remove out-of-code merchandise.
• Direct workload and supervise staff; counsel and train.
