You will supervise staff, guide workload, coach, train, and conduct performance evaluations, while contributing to expense control, inventory, shrink reduction, and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat Department Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare products for sale and maintain freshness through coding, rotation, and culling.
• Handle out-of-code merchandise and customer service.
• Manage expense control, inventory, shrink, and record keeping.
