You will guide Meat Specialists and Clerks, train new staff, and ensure proper temperatures, rotations, and sanitation. A high school diploma and food safety training are preferred, with over one year of related experience encouraged.

• Answers the telephone promptly and provides helpful service to customers who call, including taking product orders.
• Works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Ensures department standards are met, freshness verified, and stock rotation maintained.
