You will supervise operations, ensure safety, food safety, and compliance, and coach staff to meet company priorities.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English clearly and understand basic math.
• Proficient in standing/walking for long shifts and lifting up to 35 lbs regularly, 80-90 lbs occasionally.
• Able to operate basic computer/POS systems and adapt to store technology.
• Excellent customer service and ability to lead and train associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Meat Department to meet department goals.
• Lead associates to achieve sales, customer experience, and safety targets.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards according to company policies.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to ensure proper staffing and productivity.
