• Train new employees and supervise Meat Department staff as needed.
• Ensure product freshness, proper rotation, and correct cutting lists for case fills.
• Maintain department cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer issues and suggest meal solutions or preparation tips.
