Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Assists Department Manager to present the freshest products at a competitive price.
• Supervises Meat Specialists, Meat Wrap Coordinators, Clerks.
• Trains new employees and conducts cutting tests.
• Ensures proper sanitation and department standards are met.
• Prepares cutting lists for case fills and offers meal solutions.
