Job summary

Broulim’s is seeking a Meat/Deli Clerk to join our meat and deli team in Idaho. You will help customers select meats and deli items, package products, and maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure freshness and quality across the department.

Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, stocking and rotating inventory, and following food safety guidelines to deliver a positive shopping experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Knowledge of meat and deli products and serving sizes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting meats and deli products, provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Stock shelves and displays with meat and deli products, maintain rotation and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking to keep adequate levels.

• Follow food safety guidelines for safe handling and storage.
• Notify managers when inventory levels are too high or too low.
• Operate meat and deli equipment such as slicers and scales safely if needed.
