Qualifications

• 14+ months retail experience.
• Successful completion of WFM Butcher Apprentice Program or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry.
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise and checks quality to meet standards.
• Maintains sampling program and prevents spoilage.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Ensures proper dating, pricing, and signage; reports hazards promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
