Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises meat products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise (sausage, oven-ready products, cured meats).
• Checks product quality against standards and maintains sanitation.
• Mentors Meat Cutter Trainee(s) and supports team operations.
• Ensures accurate signage and pricing; performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
