Whole Foods Market Ardmore seeks an experienced Meat Cutter to cut, platter, and merchandise beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry while upholding quality standards and delivering friendly service. You will follow safety regulations and help maintain a clean, organized department.

Responsibilities include training Meat Cutter Trainees, supporting store programs, and providing timely, accurate service to customers in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with meat department operations and quality standards.
• Completed WFM butcher training or equivalent program.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, platters, and merchandises products (beef, pork, lamb, veal, poultry).
• Prepares specialty meat merchandise and checks quality.
• Maintains sampling program and prevents spoilage.
• Mentors Meat Cutter Trainees and supports training.
• Delivers courteous service and upholds pricing accuracy.
