Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions.
• Handle, cut, trim meat and seafood per The Fresh Market standards; manage quality levels.
• Monitor temperatures of cases, spillovers, and storage areas.
• Ensure safety and compliance with department procedures for receiving, stocking, and deliveries.
