The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter in the United States to expertly cut and trim meat and seafood while maintaining department standards and inventory accuracy.

You will assist guests across departments, ensure product freshness, and uphold safety protocols per company policy. Certification within 90 days of hire is required, with at least two years of meat-cutting experience and a minimum age of 18.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified within The Fresh Market's internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests in finding products and meal solutions across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut and trim meat and seafood to TFM standards; manage quality and inventory.
• Monitor case temperatures, spills and storage areas.
• Enforce safety, food safety, and department procedures for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries to ensure freshness and quality.
