The Meat Cutter Specialist will break down, cut, trim, and prepare various meat products to company standards while assisting guests with custom orders and providing guidance on cuts and cooking methods. The role requires advanced cutting techniques, a clean and safe workspace, and collaboration with leadership to support inventory, promotions, and merchandising strategies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in meat cutting preferred.
• Knowledge of meat grades, cuts, and cooking methods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled cutting, boning, trimming, grinding, and portioning of beef, pork, poultry, and seafood products.
• Execute custom meat cutting requests with accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in cutting areas and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety, temperature, and storage guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing meat deliveries.
• Train junior staff or meat clerks as needed.
