Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by answering questions about meat, poultry, and seafood and makes recommendations.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
• Cuts, grinds, weighs, wraps, and labels meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards.
• Maintains meat department inventory and current product displays.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards within the meat department.
• Inspects and stores meat upon delivery and handles stock management.
• Performs other duties as assigned and may work in other departments as needed.
