Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise meats and seafood.
• Assist in meat selection and special cuts for Members.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
