BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to assist Members with meat, poultry and seafood needs and prepare specialty cuts. You will help with cutting, wrapping and presenting products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires prior meat cutting experience, a valid training or apprenticeship, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Join a team focused on member satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Engages Members by making recommendations and answering questions on meat, poultry and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
• Cuts, weighs, wraps, labels and displays meats to company standards.
• Maintains inventory, rotates products and ensures proper sanitation.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and work area regularly.
