Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut, grind, trim, and prepare meat products according to store standards with safe handling.
• Stock meat cases and label items clearly for customers.
• Assist customers with special requests and guidance on cuts.
• Operate saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, and knives safely.
• Assist with ordering and stocking pre-packaged meat products and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols in meat handling and equipment use.
• Support department promotions or seasonal tasks as assigned.
